You Have To Dig Out
Everyone is human. (AI isn't sentient, trust me)
Which means that we all have shared experience, the experience of being human.
So what you might ask? Well in that shared experience is that we are all wrong about things, while thinking we are right about them.
Now it might not be all the time. It might be big things or it might be little things. But there are things you and I are wrong about. And we genuinely think we are right about them.
And once you stumble into one of those areas where you are wrong, you have to DIG out of whatever mentality you have.
In order to... change.
Digging out is a process, like a gradient of colors from bottom to top.
Digging out is a process like climbing out of the pit to reach the surface.
This applies to changing your brain. In a way it's like working out. You have to stop hating working out. Specifically that uncomfortable feeling of your muscles being pushed.
As someone who was not athletic the majority of my life, it was odd starting to workout and I realized that the uncomfortable feeling of your muscles being pushed to their limit was foreign to me. And since it was foreign by brain said "this bad, no do that".
But thankfully I realized the disconnect between that thought/feelings and healthy biological reality. Working out, using your muscles and making them stronger is in fact good for you. Despite my brain saying "bad, please stop".
So digging out... it's a thing that you have to do in your head and in your feelings
- Whether it's what your opinions are on some things
- Whether it's what you crave and hope to achieve
- Whether it's opinions you have on some foods that might not be healthy for you
- Whether it's on politics, or celebrities
- Whether it's on countries or technologies
And today is 11-Nov-2024. And the United States of America has some healing to do. Where we have to stop hating America. We have to stop hating each other.
In order to be ok with everything
In order to enjoy the future
In order to work on the future
In order for us to love again
