Inconvincible

Inconvincible

Definition

Sticking to an opinion, purpose, or course of action in spite of reason, arguments, or persuasion

Ran into this word recently. It pretty much sums up me and/or my life. I stick to my opinions pretty solidly regardless of what other people say.

Unfortunately it's cost me deeply.

When you are inconvincible you murder love in your heart.

If you hold an opinion so strong that nothing can dissuade you, nothing can move you, nothing can get you to turn around... Then you have placed your pride, your self, over everyone that you love and care about.

The ability to say "I made a mistake" is an act of humility, and act of love to the people you love.

The ability to say "I will turn around and walk the other way now" is an act of destroying the unhealthy pride in your heart and embracing love.

Saying "I am sorry" is love.

God talks about sin being evil, and repentance being good.

Think about it.

"I'm sorry, I turn from my mistake." is good, righteous, and true

"I won't stop doing this." is the opposite of love.
